Buyers/Bidders Notice
All items have 15% buyers premium, PST and GST added to the winning bid price, NO EXCEPTIONS.
All bidders must register for online bidding and obtain a bidder number/paddle before bidding at the auction.
Items must be paid for in full and removed by 4:00PM on the Sunday following the Saturday auction. Items must be paid for in full prior to removal. No pick ups permitted while auction is in progress we have limited staff and must be watching the auction at all times, Please wait to recieve your invoice before picking up!
Payment methods accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Debit, E-Transfer and cash!
Once sold, items become the property of the purchaser and are left at his/her own risk, Should your items remain on our property past Monday following Saturdays auction with no text,email or phone call you will be billed for any and all invoices left owing and your items will be deemed forfeit.
Irregardless of if you pick up or not you will be charged for the full invoice owing
Purchasers should bring their own boxes and packing materials to remove purchased items as these items are not provided and limited help is available.
We are not responsible for items left in the building after being sold to the highest bidder.
