Peak Auctions Consignment Agreement/

Upon consideration of consignment the terms are as follows:

• We charge a consignment fee this is for our Time, Resources and Space.
• We can not guarantee you any dollar amount on items placed in auction.
• All unsold items are subject to a relotting fee if cycled again.
• Items must be in a working clean state to maintain a trusted auction.
• Any items not claimed after pickup notice will be subject to removal/disposal and herby become property of Peak Auctions.
• Just because an item is expensive doesnt mean your item is valuable to everyone.
• Don't have high hopes we often put items ranging up to $200 and it may only sell for $60.
• If you intentionally abandone items on our property we will charge you a disposal fee.
