Peak Auctions Canada reserves the right to refuse a sale, transaction, online purchase or in-person pick up if we detect suspicion of fraud or suspicious activities. All goods purchased on or before the selected auction dates are the buyers responsibilities and are required to be paid in full on the date of purchase of said auction.

Buyers are responsible for providing packaging, boxes or bags or any other alternative form of removing said purchased goods.

Goods purchased on or before selected dates MUST be removed within 24 hours after the the auction has ended.

We are not responsible for lost, holding, maintaining or damages to any goods purchased and not collected after the 24 hour period and reserve the right to withhold goods if payments are not made or collected when payment is due.

We will not ever ask for your credit card information or any information pertaining to your identity unless otherwise discussed or provided to and by liveauctionworld.com as a winning buyer/purchaser.

Peak Auctions is not responsible for any damages to items after they have left their designated pickup location, conditions of all items are noted and listed in said live auctions in the description of each lot and therefore removes Peak Auctions Canada from any liability of discrepancies or otherwise negligence.
